Locally owned by father and son Jimmy and Vinny Quirk here in St Bernard Parish, our mission is to promote health, fitness, and positive results for all our members. Your happiness is our happiness. We give the old-school gym vibe, a family feel-good environment, and a comfortable, non-judgmental, drama-free zone. Our gym is for anyone looking to be a body-builder, boxing, or simply getting or staying in shape. Your results and improvement are key. Bayou Barbell offers a variety of plans. Single, couple, and family memberships.
First Responders and military (veteran or active) also receive a discount for single, couple, and family memberships.
We also take Insurance which could completely cover your membership!
