At Bayou Barbell, we're on a mission to fulfill numerous exciting goals. With a supplement shop, a pro shop, and a smoothie bar in the works, we're always looking to enhance your fitness experience. There are now boxing classes available at our gym. Bayou Boxing is now open for ages 5 and up. Your little champion boxes upstairs, and you catch a workout downstairs, a win-win for the whole family!
